Chaplain of St. Monica's College fingered in Sexual Harassment

andsowhaatt.com has obtained an exclusive video of Venerable Obeng Larbi, chaplain of St Monica's College of Education, kissing students on the podium during sunday service.

St. Monica's College of Education is a girls' educational college in mampong. According to our source, he kissed the students because they showed up in large numbers to church on that day. The Chaplain is also known for sexually harassing the girls and inappropriately touching them when he invites them to his home, but all efforts to get him to stop have been ineffective.

Despite the fact that we are in the covid 19 era, the man who is supposed to be performing religious rites, leading worship services, providing confidential counseling, and advising students on religious, spiritual, and moral matters, instead asks the last student to remove her nose mask so that he can kiss her in the video.
